A small, almost forgotten memorial Antrim County Veterans Memorial

Bellaire, Antrim County

 

"In honor of the men and women of Antrim County who served in the Armed Forces, and in memory of those who gave their lives in the service of our country
May 30, 1954"

  No flag flies aside this monument. In fact, when I stopped the rocks that comprise the presentation base were being use as a convenient place to prop up a sign for a government office while repairs were being made to the parking lot adjacent to the memorial.
