Tucked away in the far corner of Eaton County, nearly in the boundary of the City of Lansing, is Delta Township Cemetery. It lies alongside the Pine River and the roads leading to the old community burial ground are very quiet and scenic.
A small plaza area in front of the monument allows memorial bricks and a few dozen veterans are remembered in this way. The dedication plaque is a deft depiction of military personnel and machinery from World War I to current day.
This cemetary is located at near the interstate at the very edge of town.
