Local VFW post hosts county memorial

This memorial occupies a small space in front of the Henry C Rencke Jr VFW Post #2403. The designers have done something here I've not seen anywhere else. There are grave markers placed a garden setting with a bush at each marker. It didn't occur to me to cross check at the time of the visit, but it may be that each marker may represent the individuals named on the Honor Rolls of each war, but it is more likely they are former post members whose families have not used the government provided marker on the veterans real gravesite.
