Some of my visits to memorials come very early in the morning and some I reach at dusk. The sun had nearly set when I arrived at Bellefontaine. The yellow sun cast an odd light upon the building, but when I read the inscription on the marker I knew it was meant to be this way. The sentiment inscribed upon this memorial is truly unique.
