The Veterans Square memorial has a three panel listing of the fallen and a nicely detailed statue depicting three generations of servicemen. This was obviously a well supported community effort. There is an area of paving bricks used for individual memorials, benches, and commerial blocks that acknowledge the larger contributors.
The Marion County courthouse is just a block up the street from Veterans Square and hosts the county vetrans memorial - the photos are shown below. There is also a nice VietNam Veterans memorial nearby, which I did not have time to document on this trip through Fairmont.
